Greg Payseur is offering assistance to anyone who is interested in genealogy. An appointment with Greg can be scheduled by coming by the museum on Saturdays and filling out a request form.
Cherryville Township Historic Properties Book
The museum is working on a book of Cherryville Township historic properties. Photos of historic homes, churches and schools dated from the 1700s to the 1950s are needed. Anyone who has photos from these time periods are asked to contact the museum
at 704-435-8011 or Pat Sherrill at 704-435-4116.
There is no charge for being included in the book, we just need your photos and information. The homes do not have to currently be standing to be included in the book.
Your assistance with this project would be greatly appreciated.
Yard Sale
The museum is requesting donations of items to be used in a yard sale during the Cherry Blossom Festival. The funds raised from this yard sale will be used to support the operation of the museum.
